On or about 1:00 PM of June 15, 2021 at #189 Bonifacio St (interior), Brgy. Canlalay, Biñan City, Laguna, victims:
1. Johnny Martinez y Sanidad, male, 46 years old,
2. Jolly Espinas y Bancoleta, female, 41 yrs old; (Live-in partners);
3. Winston Martinez, male, 7 years old; student;
4. Brixton Martinez, male, 1 year old, all residing at #189 Bonifacio St (interior), Brgy. Canlalay, Biñan City, Laguna (all deceased)
On the above TDPO, one (1) Melissa Loza discovered the above incident. Initial investigation conducted by Biñan City Police Station disclosed that victims 2 to 4 sustained head injuries that caused their death.
Both children have cloth facemasks stuffed on their respective mouth.
A bloodied hammer was also seen at the scene. Victim no. 1 was found hanging at the stairway with a nylon strap around his neck while his hands were covered with blood.
Based on the witnesses, about 11:00PM of June 14, 2021, they heard the baby crying.
The couple are always quarreling about financial problems/difficulties.
Probers are still conducting ocular investigation and are still looking in the possible angle that victim no. 1 killed his live-in partner and their children. Immediately after, he commited suicide by hanging.
SOCO was requested to process the crime scene.
