Two (2) persons were arrested through the entrapment operation by Lipa CPS Swat Team under the supervision of PLT GREGORIO C MALALUAN at about 2:55pm of July 23, 2021.
According to the report of Lipa CPS to PCOL GLICERIO C CANSILAO, Acting Provincial Director, BPPO, Queenalyn Calugay Mendoza was threatened through line chat applications by his former Japanese lover, Misukami Hirofumi to return his car, house, and money amounting to ₱4,000,000 which Mr. Hirofumi sent her. Otherwise, Mr. Fugiwara will destroy the victim’s reputation on social media and this was prompted the victim to seek assistance from the local police.
The suspects were identified as Leonard Rebollar Salazar and Edelito Nape Martinez, both residents of Cavite City. Said suspects were sent by Mr. Fugiwara to collect his demands from the victim. Recovered from the suspects is the marked money placed in a white envelope.
